Getting the Right Shot

I love my new camera!  I recently purchased the Canon G12 and am still figuring out all its functions.  I'm especially loving the function where you can highlight a certain color and only that color comes through while the rest of the shot is in black and white.  It's especially useful when you want to highlight something significant, such as my Boga 9'2" Bullet in this shot!
